Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Macau – luxury retail sales role reporting to Store Manager, offering career growth in haute couture fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategic product positioning aligned with company commercial objectives
- Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships, providing personalized after-sales service and support
- Efficiently collect, update, and leverage customer information within CRM systems and Client Book to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain accurate stock information, process store transfer requests, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Share best practices and collaborate effectively with team members to foster harmonious working relationships
- Embody and consistently demonstrate the brand's service values and standards in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in luxury fashion retail or comparable high-end sector
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and consistent track record of delivering results
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, high-end retail, or comparable premium sectors. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client loyalty.
Education
Secondary education minimum; relevant retail, hospitality, or business qualifications are advantageous.
