Bottega Veneta in Macau is hiring a Client Advisor to drive sales, manage CRM and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and expert product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse, international clientele and deliver personalised after‑sales service.
  • Capture, update and leverage customer data in CRM and the Client Book to drive clienteling and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and execute store transfer requests in accordance with inventory procedures.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen team performance and service standards.
  • Consistently represent and uphold the house’s service values, presentation standards and brand etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a sales professional, preferably with experience in luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and sustain high‑value client relationships across international markets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting high‑touch client interactions.
  • Commercially driven with a consistent history of achieving sales objectives.
