Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Bottega Veneta collections and translate product knowledge into tailored styling recommendations.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised aftercare.
- Deliver best-in-class, emotional and memorable client experiences in line with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed KPIs through consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
- Utilise multiple sales channels and new technologies (in-store mobile selling, phone, email) to engage clients.
- Support colleagues and contribute positively to team objectives and daily store operations.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
- Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and contemporary fashion trends; strong product knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills with a natural, client-focused approach.
- Organised, proactive and flexible with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced department store environment.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom and availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Proven track record in luxury retail or premium department store environments, demonstrating strong client acquisition and retention, consistent sales performance and familiarity with high-end fashion client expectations. Prior experience within a high-traffic store such as Harrods or an equivalent luxury environment is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or courses in luxury retail, fashion or merchandising preferred.
