Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on collections and deliver personalised, emotionally engaging client experiences in line with the brand’s Client Journey.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up across channels.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, closing sales with consultative, style-led recommendations.
- Style ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories with a tailored approach to each client’s needs.
- Employ multiple sales channels and digital tools to maximise conversions and support omnichannel client interactions.
- Support teammates on the sales floor, contribute to a collaborative store environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deep appreciation of luxury, fashion trends and product knowledge across RTW, shoes and accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine, conversational client approach.
- Organised and efficient time-management; able to prioritise client appointments and daily tasks.
- Commitment to clienteling culture and long-term relationship building; discretion and professionalism.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with a demonstrable track record of meeting KPIs and delivering personalised client service.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE/A-level or equivalent). Vocational training or qualifications in fashion, retail or customer service preferred.
