Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in London (Harrods) to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and meet sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, best-in-class client experiences by advising customers on collections and styling Ready-to-Wear, shoes and accessories.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and tailored service.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets; track and report on KPIs and close sales effectively.
  • Operate across multiple sales channels and adopt digital tools to support omnichannel client engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends to inform styling and recommendations.
  • Support visual standards and maintain presentation of merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and provide cover/support as required.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance requirements in all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, conversational client approach.
  • Ability to style and advise clients across RTW, footwear and accessories with a personalised sensibility.
  • Organised, proactive and flexible with effective time-management and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

Proven experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally within a department store or flagship environment. Demonstrable success in client development, sales conversion and meeting commercial targets is required; experience at high-end venues such as Harrods is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or further education in fashion, retail or luxury brand management is desirable.
