Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on collections and share passion for the brand to build strong relationships.
  • Create joyful, personalized, and memorable client experiences.
  • Meet sales targets and effectively close sales.
  • Understand luxury collections and fashion trends.
  • Provide an engaging and emotional client experience in line with Bottega Veneta’s Client Journey.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling culture.
  • Style ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories collections tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize various sales channels and new technologies.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
