Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Sloane Street store.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Assist clients with product selection, offering expert advice on the brand's offerings.
  • Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and Bottega Veneta's brand ethos.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.

Education

A degree in fashion, business, or a related field is preferred.
