Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Las Vegas offering $24–$26/hr plus commission. Report to Store Manager in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach, new client development, and promotion of collection deliveries and in-store events
- Apply Bottega Veneta Client Journey methodology and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value and close sales
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating and maintaining client profile records
- Develop and sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts, visual merchandising maintenance, signage, lighting, and general housekeeping
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold professional standards while ensuring all associates are treated fairly and with dignity
- Comply with all company policies and procedures while demonstrating openness to feedback
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service environment, preferably luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proven capacity to build and maintain a loyal client base
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Physical capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs regularly
- Availability to work minimum 3 closing shifts per week, minimum 3 Saturdays per month, 2 Sundays per month, plus annual inventory and holiday season coverage
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service environment, with luxury retail experience preferred. Candidate must demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client loyalty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or hospitality training a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 26 per hour.
