Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Las Vegas. Drive sales and build client relationships in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointment scheduling, and consignment development
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and deploy cross-selling, multiple-item selling, and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and close sales
- Establish and nurture enduring client relationships by maintaining comprehensive and current client profile records
- Communicate details of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives to all clients in a timely manner
- Maintain and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge—both technical and inspirational—across all collections through structured training resources
- Assist management with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts, light cleaning, visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting maintenance
- Comply fully with all company policies and procedures whilst fostering an environment of fairness, dignity, and mutual respect amongst all team members
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of demonstrated retail sales experience in a customer service environment, preferably luxury retail
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI targets
- Capacity to build and maintain a loyal and expanding client base
- Genuine passion for fashion with active engagement in industry trends and news
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and immaculate personal presentation at all times
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Willingness to work closing shifts minimum 3 times weekly, minimum 3 Saturdays monthly, and 2 Sundays monthly, plus annual inventory and full holiday season coverage
- Physical capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs regularly
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service context, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building client loyalty. Familiarity with high-end fashion retail operations and clienteling practices is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, fashion, or business-related training is advantageous but not mandatory.

This position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 25 per hour.
