Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments, and consignment development.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and proven selling techniques (upselling, cross-selling, multiple selling) to maximize transaction value and conversion.
- Establish, grow and maintain long-term client relationships; routinely update and manage client profile records.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge—technical and inspirational—by leveraging company training resources.
- Support basic store opening and closing procedures (cycle counts, light cleaning) and uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Comply with company policies and foster an inclusive environment where associates are treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times weekly, a minimum of three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, holiday season and annual inventory.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; prior luxury retail experience is preferred and highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, or sales is advantageous.
