Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Las Vegas (Fontainebleau); hourly pay $22–$24, retail sales role reporting to the Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignment management.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and best-practice selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value.
- Develop, maintain and routinely update accurate client profiles and relationship records.
- Sustain deep product knowledge — technical and inspirational — across collections using company training resources.
- Support store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts, light cleaning and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards (presentation, signage, lighting) and general store upkeep as requested by management.
- Comply with all company policies and contribute to an inclusive environment where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills with the ability to build and retain a loyal client following.
- Polished professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work regular closing shifts (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and regularly lift packages of 5–8 lbs.

1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-service environment; prior luxury retail exposure is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or merchandising coursework is a plus.
