Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments; promote new collections, in‑store events and brand initiatives.
- Deploy the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and proven selling techniques (cross‑selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Develop, maintain and update comprehensive client profiles and nurture long‑term client relationships to build a loyal portfolio.
- Sustain expert product knowledge—technical and inspirational—by leveraging company training resources and self‑directed learning.
- Support basic store opening and closing operations, perform cycle counts and light housekeeping as required, and uphold visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures and contribute to an inclusive workplace where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of building and maintaining a loyal client following.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Availability to work closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, during annual inventory and through the holiday season.
- Ability to stand and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift small packages (5–8 lbs) regularly.

Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years in retail sales or a customer service role, preferably within a luxury environment, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in fashion, luxury retail or business is advantageous.
