Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
  • Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profile records.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through continuous learning and training.
  • Assist with basic store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
