Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist in basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Experience
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.
