Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Assist clients in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bottega Veneta's product offerings and brand heritage.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Ensure the store environment reflects the brand's luxury standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and luxury market.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
