Bottega Veneta is seeking a Client Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to achieve individual sales targets, deliver memorable client experiences, build lasting relationships and support store business opportunities. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant luxury retail experience and English and Chinese communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and applying the Bottega Veneta approach to selling.
- Deliver a memorable retail experience through an engaging first contact, attentive needs assessment, product storytelling and excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
- Learn from the Store Manager and store team how to maximize business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong, trusting client relationships to exceed expectations.
- Work with energy and initiative, persist through challenges, and proactively seek ways to improve results and solve problems.
- Collect customer feedback on the collection and share it with the Store Manager.
- Research competitor activity, including by visiting competitors and reading editorials and magazines.
- Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, remain flexible, and seek and provide support to colleagues.
- Maintain the store interior and exterior to company standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Initiative, meticulousness and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Prior luxury-industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
- A collaborative team player able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry; prior luxury-industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
