Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales support and personalized client experiences aligned with Bottega Veneta's luxury positioning
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising integrity
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and team coordination
- Contribute to achievement of boutique sales targets and performance metrics
- Participate in product knowledge training to develop expertise in brand offerings
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in retail or the luxury industry
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential for candidates demonstrating passion for luxury retail and a genuine commitment to professional development.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality qualifications are advantageous.
