Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Kaohsiung, Taiwan — deliver luxury client service, present collections and drive sales in the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients and deliver a personalised, consultative buying experience at every touchpoint.
- Advise customers on product features, materials and styling, ensuring presentations adhere to Bottega Veneta brand standards.
- Drive sales performance through client acquisition, cross-selling, upselling and targeted follow-up.
- Manage transactions and client records accurately using the store POS and CRM processes; support clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain boutique standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, visual presentation and housekeeping of the sales floor.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide professional after‑sales service and handle client enquiries or escalations in line with company policy.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales; previous experience in a premium fashion or leather goods environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric attitude and polished presentation.
- Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable using POS systems and maintaining accurate client records; basic numeracy for transaction handling.
- Secondary‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service is advantageous.

Preferably 1+ years of client-facing retail experience, ideally within a luxury fashion or leather‑goods boutique; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets is advantageous.
