Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets whilst embodying the Bottega Veneta brand philosophy and sales methodology
- Deliver exceptional retail experiences through attentive client engagement, needs assessment, product storytelling, and comprehensive follow-up service
- Establish and cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clientele to consistently exceed expectations and drive loyalty
- Gather and communicate customer feedback on collections and competitive market intelligence to the Store Manager
- Maintain store environments—both interior and exterior—to established luxury brand standards
- Collaborate effectively with store team members, demonstrating flexibility and providing mutual support in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrate initiative and proactive problem-solving to continuously improve sales results and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and meticulous approach to client relations
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for luxury brands and the retail sector
- Team player mentality with capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated professional experience in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles within the luxury sector. Prior exposure to high-end fashion or accessories retail is highly valued.
