Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets in alignment with Bottega Veneta's luxury positioning
- Employ consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and drive transaction value
- Maintain and update customer records and preferences within the CRM and Client Book systems
- Foster client loyalty through attentive service and personalized engagement
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues to share best practices and support team objectives
- Ensure adherence to Bottega Veneta's brand values, service standards, and internal protocols
- Execute inventory management and stock organization tasks as required
- Deliver excellence in customer service consistent with the house's exacting standards
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac +3 level of education (or equivalent)
- Fluent French and English; additional language proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to luxury retail excellence and brand representation
