Bottega Veneta seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Ibiza (June–August) to welcome clients and support the sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, refined and personalised welcome aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Manage client flow and liaise closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers from greeting to consultation and minimise perceived waiting times.
- Engage and inform clients during waiting moments by communicating brand heritage, collection highlights and key service offerings to elevate the client journey.
- Support the selling team by responding promptly to stock availability and sizing requests to facilitate conversions.
- Uphold brand values, visual and operational procedures and deliver consistently exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a client‑facing role, preferably within luxury retail or premium hospitality.
- Fluent spoken English and Spanish.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in an organised manner.
- Flexible availability and strong client orientation with a collaborative team spirit.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a similar, client‑facing position within luxury retail or a high‑end service environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is advantageous.
