Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Employ effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
  • Contribute to team dynamics by sharing information and best practices.
  • Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury sectors.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Skills

Excellent customer service attitude and adaptability to diverse customer types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Commercially results-oriented. Effective team player. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

Sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts is preferred.
