Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
  • Contribute to team collaboration by sharing information and best practices.
  • Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book use.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain updated stock information and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Skills

Excellent customer service attitude and adaptability to diverse customer types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Commercial results orientation. Ability to multitask and work flexibly. Team player with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

Previous sales experience in the fashion and luxury industry is preferred.
