Bottega Veneta Client Advisor in Honolulu – drive luxury sales, cultivate client relationships, and exceed KPIs at the Kalakaua store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, new client development via appointments and consignments, and informing clients of new collection deliveries and in-store events
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transaction value and close sales
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships while maintaining detailed and up-to-date client profile records
  • Sustain comprehensive product knowledge—both technical and inspirational—across all collections by leveraging company-provided training resources
  • Maintain a polished appearance and high energy level while operating on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, light cleaning duties, and maintaining visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
  • Demonstrate a receptive, learning-oriented mindset by actively seeking and implementing feedback from colleagues and management
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures while fostering a workplace environment of fairness, dignity, and respect

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service–related field, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain a loyal client following
  • Genuine passion for fashion with active awareness of industry trends and news
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly
  • Availability to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, minimum of 3 Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season

Experience

1–2 years of retail sales experience in customer service, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Luxury retail sales experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client loyalty while consistently achieving sales targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20 per hour.
