Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with company strategy through effective selling techniques and maximization of store business potential
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate enduring customer relationships through proactive after-sales engagement
- Collect, update, and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems and Client Book for relationship development
- Monitor and update stock information; process and execute store transfer requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Share best practices and foster harmonious team relationships through open communication and collaboration
- Embody and uphold the brand's service values and standards in all client and colleague interactions
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain fruitful, long-term relationships with international clientele
- Excellent communication skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong track record of driving commercial results consistently
- Proficiency in CRM systems and client relationship management

Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, with preference given to candidates with a background in luxury fashion retail or premium goods distribution.
Education
