Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategic customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from diverse international backgrounds
- Deliver exceptional customer service and conduct comprehensive after-sales follow-up
- Collect, update, and manage customer information in CRM systems and Client Books
- Maintain accurate stock information and process store transfer requests efficiently
- Share best practices and information with team members to foster collaborative relationships
- Uphold company service values and standards consistently during all customer interactions
