Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Hong Kong. Luxury fashion retail sales role reporting to Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy using effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential
- Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate lasting customer relationships through effective after-sales service
- Collect and update customer information efficiently for CRM and Client Book use
- Ensure stock information is maintained accurately and process store transfer requests correctly
- Share information and best practices to build solid team relationships and support store operations
- Embody company service values and standards at all times as the visible face of the brand
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion retail
- Demonstrated ability to build fruitful, long-term customer relationships with international clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consistent track record of delivering strong commercial results
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer management tools

Experience
Experienced sales professional with a proven background in luxury fashion retail or related customer-facing retail environment.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary education in business, fashion, or hospitality preferred.
