Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets through effective luxury retail selling techniques and disciplined follow-up.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships, including proactive after-sales care.
- Collect, maintain and update customer data for CRM and Client Book usage to support personalised clienteling.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by updating stock records and executing store transfer requests correctly.
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers to foster a collaborative and high-performing store team.
- Consistently embody the brand's service standards and values in every client interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build fruitful, long-term relationships with international clientele.
- Demonstrated track record as a sales professional, preferably with experience in luxury fashion retail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial drive with a history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
