Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets using consultative selling techniques to maximise revenue and conversion.
  • Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value and international clients through personalised clienteling and after‑sales care.
  • Collect, update and maintain accurate client records in CRM and the Client Book to enable tailored service and follow‑up.
  • Ensure stock integrity by updating inventory records accurately and processing store transfer requests in line with procedures.
  • Share information and best practices with colleagues to foster a collaborative, high‑performance team environment.
  • Consistently represent and uphold the maison’s service standards and brand values in every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrable sales aptitude with a commercial focus and consistent achievement of targets.
