Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and disciplined account management.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using personalised clienteling and effective after-sales service.
  • Collect, maintain and update customer records in CRM and the Client Book to support targeted communications and repeat business.
  • Execute accurate stock management procedures, including inventory updates and store transfer requests.
  • Share best practices with colleagues to foster a cohesive, high-performing store team.
  • Represent and uphold the brand’s service standards and product knowledge at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting commercial targets and delivering repeat business.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport across international clientele.
  • Client-focused attitude with strong after-sales and clienteling capabilities.
  • Organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced store environment.
  • Legal right to work in Hong Kong.

Experience

Minimum of approximately 2 years of retail sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury fashion or high-end retail and who can demonstrate consistent commercial results and client development.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
