Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Hangzhou, China. Represent the luxury brand, guide customers through their buying journey, and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Bottega Veneta to clients and embody brand values as the visible face of the house
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey, from collection discovery and product selection to returns or exchanges management
- Present the collection using established brand standards and in-depth product knowledge
- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and seasonal trends
- Contribute to achieving established sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Support store management activities and maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Bottega Veneta's brand aesthetic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to guide customers through the complete buying journey with confidence and professionalism
- Knowledge of product characteristics, styling, and current fashion trends
Skills
Experience
Retail or luxury sales experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to advise clients and achieve sales targets.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management, or related fields is advantageous.
