Bottega Veneta is hiring a Client Advisor in Guadalajara, Mexico (Palacio de Hierro) to drive sales, clienteling and in-store excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and close sales.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships, routinely updating client profiles and CRM records.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge—both technical and inspirational—via company training resources to confidently advise clients.
- Support basic store opening and closing procedures, assist with cycle counts and light housekeeping, and uphold visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Conform to company policies and contribute to an inclusive environment where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.
- Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning mindset to improve personal performance and team outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-service environment; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Track record of building and maintaining a loyal client following.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presentation.
- Physical ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and handle packages of 5–8 lbs regularly.
- Availability for closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.

Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment with demonstrated success against sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or luxury goods preferred.
