Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Guadalajara Midtown — drive luxury clienteling, exceed sales KPIs and represent the brand at boutique level.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and apply proven selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; update and manage client profile records accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge (technical and inspirational) and leverage training resources to educate clients.
- Support basic store opening and closing procedures, assist with cycle counts and light maintenance tasks as required.
- Sustain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including signage and lighting, in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace where colleagues are treated fairly.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills with a track record of building a loyal client following.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Capacity to work a retail schedule including frequent evening closures, multiple Saturdays and Sundays per month, annual inventory and the holiday season.
- Physical ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to lift small packages (5–8 lbs) regularly.

Experience
1–2 years of hands-on retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred and demonstrable success against sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post-secondary study in fashion, retail or a related field is advantageous.
