Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize each transaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
- Continuously seek and incorporate feedback to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and team orientation.

Experience
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury setting.
