Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking feedback and engaging in training opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
- Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Ability to build and sustain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
