Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Malpensa T1 (Gallarate, Italy) to deliver best-in-class clienteling and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets in line with company strategy and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Collect, update and leverage client data within the CRM to optimise follow-up and sales opportunities.
  • Deliver best-in-class, emotionally engaging client experiences consistent with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Demonstrate product and trend knowledge; style clients using key silhouettes and suggest complementary items.
  • Maintain visual and operational store standards; keep stock organised and monitor inventory availability.
  • Communicate promptly about out-of-stock items and other merchandising issues to the store team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury environments.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Proven client service orientation with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client profiles.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, multitasking capability, and resilience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capacity to cultivate and expand a diversified client portfolio.

Experience
