Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
- Maintain and update client information for efficient CRM use.
- Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
- Demonstrate an understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
- Assist clients in discovering the collection by suggesting alternative items and working on silhouettes.
- Foster a positive team environment and adapt to various personalities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain stock organization, monitor deliveries, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly.
Qualifications
