Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
  • Assist clients in discovering the collection through alternative items and silhouettes.
  • Maintain a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, and adapt to different personalities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude. High flexibility to adapt to various client types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Ability to multitask and be flexible. Good team player. Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.

Experience

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
