Bottega Veneta seeks a part‑time Fixed‑term Client Advisor in Barcelona Paseo (May–Sept). Join the store team to deliver luxury client service and meet sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand‑standard client service on the sales floor and at point of sale; report daily to the Store Manager.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and effective selling techniques.
- Maintain and update CRM records and the Client Book to support personalised follow‑up and long‑term relationship building.
- Manage stock information accurately and execute store‑to‑store transfer requests in accordance with procedures.
- Share market and client intelligence with the team; contribute to a culture of best‑practice exchange and collective performance.
- Uphold brand visual, operational and compliance standards to protect product integrity and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrable ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic communication and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Availability for the fixed‑term contract from May to September and flexibility to work part‑time retail hours.

Experience
Previous sales experience in a retail environment is required; experience within fashion or luxury retail and familiarity with clienteling/CRM tools is strongly preferred.
