Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Apply effective selling techniques to maximise transaction value and client conversion.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Collect, update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM and the Client Book.
- Support inventory management: keep stock information current and follow store‑to‑store transfer procedures.
- Share best practices and market intelligence with the team to foster collective performance.
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships and follow up proactively.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and empathic communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, adapt to shifting priorities and perform under pressure.
- Flexible availability to cover the June–September period and variable retail hours.
- Collaborative team player with high customer‑service standards.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required, ideally within fashion or luxury contexts; demonstrable success achieving sales targets and using CRM platforms to develop client relationships is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or fashion are advantageous.
