Bottega Veneta is hiring a Client Advisor in Düsseldorf — deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales at the Düsseldorf boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store commercial objectives in line with brand strategy.
- Deliver best-in-class, emotionally engaging client experiences and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Collect, update and leverage client data within the CRM to drive personalised outreach and repeat business.
- Advise clients on collections and styling, presenting alternative pieces to inspire discovery and increase basket value.
- Maintain visual and stock standards: monitor deliveries, communicate stock availability, and ensure merchandise is presentation-ready.
- Apply brand guidelines, store procedures and represent the Bottega Veneta image at all times.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written) — mandatory.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with the capacity to develop and manage a diversified client portfolio.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of frontline retail sales experience, ideally in fashion or luxury brands, with hands-on clienteling and CRM usage.
Education
High-school diploma or vocational qualification; professional training in retail, fashion or sales preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Dusseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
