Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑quality client advisory throughout the full buying journey, promoting product features, craftsmanship and seasonal trends.
  • Present and sell the collection according to brand visual and service standards, achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a curated client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-up and after‑sales care.
  • Ensure impeccable merchandise presentation and adhere to visual merchandising directives in store areas and displays.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) and complete transactions, returns and necessary administrative tasks with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the store team to support stock management, inventory counts and replenishment processes.
  • Uphold brand values and retail standards as the visible ambassador of Bottega Veneta in all client interactions.
  • Support omni‑channel initiatives as required, including click‑and‑collect, client appointments and digital servicing workflows.

Qualifications

  • UAE National (explicit requirement reflected in the job title).
  • Proven customer‑facing experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury retail or premium fashion.
  • Demonstrable sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high standards of presentation and discretion.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Experience
