Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
  • Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and apply selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships; routinely update and manage client profile records.
  • Communicate product arrivals, in-store events and brand initiatives to clients to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge (technical and inspirational) through company training resources.
  • Support basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties as required.
  • Uphold visual standards — merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance — in line with brand guidelines.
  • Comply with company policies and promote an inclusive, respectful work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-service role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated clienteling skills with a track record of building a loyal client following.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished, professional presentation.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, leadership potential and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Availability to work closings at least 3 times per week, a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month, 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages of 5–8 lbs regularly.

Experience

1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably within luxury retail, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and sales performance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, or related fields is a plus.
