Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning.
  • Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.

Skills

Advanced sales and client relationship management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in maintaining visual merchandising standards. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
