Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Costa Mesa (South Coast Plaza). $23–$25/hr + commission. Drive sales, clienteling and visual excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; update and manage client profile records accurately.
- Inform clients about new collections, in-store events and brand initiatives to drive repeat business.
- Sustain deep product knowledge—technical and inspirational—via company training resources.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including signage, lighting and general store upkeep.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and contribute to an inclusive workplace where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills with evidence of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Flexible availability: able to work closing shifts (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
- Physical ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages of 5–8 lbs regularly.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment; prior luxury retail or high-end boutique experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in fashion, retail or customer service is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Costa Mesa, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 25 per hour.
