Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
  • Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; update and manage client profile records accurately.
  • Inform clients about new collections, in-store events and brand initiatives to drive repeat business.
  • Sustain deep product knowledge—technical and inspirational—via company training resources.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties as required.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including signage, lighting and general store upkeep.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and contribute to an inclusive workplace where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
  • Demonstrated clienteling skills with evidence of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
  • Flexible availability: able to work closing shifts (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
  • Physical ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages of 5–8 lbs regularly.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment; prior luxury retail or high-end boutique experience strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in fashion, retail or customer service is a plus.
