Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointment-setting and in-store consultations.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and consultative selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Identify, acquire and nurture new clients via appointments, consignments and events; inform clients of new collections, in-store initiatives and brand activities.
- Maintain and routinely update detailed client profiles and records to support personalised service and future engagement.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge (technical and inspirational) across collections by engaging with training resources and brand updates.
- Support store operations including opening/closing tasks, cycle counts, visual standards, merchandise presentation and light maintenance as requested.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive work environment; comply with all company policies and promote fair treatment of colleagues.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPI metrics.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a loyal client following through personalised service.
- Polished, professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work regular closing shifts (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and full holiday season.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and handle light physical tasks (climb ladder, lift 5–8 lb packages).

Experience
Requires 1–2 years of prior retail sales or customer-service experience; experience within a luxury retail environment is preferred and advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or vocational training in fashion, retail or business is desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
