Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
  • Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross‑selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
  • Build, nurture and maintain accurate client profiles and long‑term client relationships through regular follow‑up and personalised service.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge—both technical and inspirational—by actively engaging with training resources.
  • Support store operations including basic opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, light cleaning and visual merchandising upkeep.
  • Uphold visual standards for merchandise presentation, signage and lighting to reflect the brand aesthetic.
  • Comply with company policies and foster a workplace environment founded on dignity, respect and fairness.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales or customer‑facing experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrable history of developing and retaining a loyal client base.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished personal presentation.
  • High energy, team‑oriented attitude with leadership potential and a strong work ethic.
  • Availability for regular closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to climb a ladder and lift packages of approximately 5–8 lbs regularly.

Experience

1–2 years of customer‑facing retail experience, ideally within a luxury fashion environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
