Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignment management.
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross‑selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and close sales.
- Develop and maintain enduring client relationships and accurate client profile records; regularly communicate new collections, events and brand initiatives.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge (technical and inspirational) and apply training resources to advise clients effectively.
- Support store operational activities including basic opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, holiday inventory and light maintenance.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including signage and lighting, as directed by management.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a workplace where associates are treated with dignity, fairness and respect.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer‑facing experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills with a track record of building and retaining a loyal client base.
- High level of personal presentation; polished, professional appearance at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
- Availability for closing shifts (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the entire holiday season.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to climb a ladder and lift packages (5–8 lbs) regularly.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training preferred.

Compensation
