Bottega Veneta hiring Client Advisor in Canoga Park (Westfield Topanga), CA — $24–$26/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value.
- Identify, develop and maintain a loyal client base; routinely update and curate client profile records.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge—technical and inspirational—across all collections by engaging with company training tools.
- Support store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light housekeeping as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including signage, lighting and general upkeep.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and contribute to a workplace where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrable capability to build and maintain a loyal client following through outreach and appointments.
- Keen interest in fashion trends and industry developments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Physical ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, work closing shifts as scheduled (minimum three closings per week), and be available a minimum of three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, for annual inventory and the holiday season.
- Ability to climb ladders and regularly lift packages weighing approximately 5–8 lbs.

Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-service role; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational study in fashion, retail or hospitality is desirable.
